Cabral is an inhabited planet in the Forrughi System. It has a temperate climate and a breathable athmosphere. Cabral currently has a population of 3.46 billion, after going through brutal civil strife in the 3190s, resulting in the loss of over 38 million lives.

The planet is home to the Neo-France Restoration Movement, a Christian social and political movement with corporate roots that is currently ceremoniously led by the matriarch Lelie Omi.

Recently rumours of a group by the name of The Order of Annunciation has appeared, it is claimed that they have links with Cabral though no official in the Senate or Military has backed these claims. The group apparently has access to military level technology and shows up where AI have been rumoured to be whether shackled or otherwise. Among some of the more detailed rumours there are claims that the group is lead by a cyborg by the name of Odette Rainier.
